Meals & Snacks

Meals and Snacks

The Eagle Island Kitchen serves fresh fruits and vegetables, with a fresh fruit bar at breakfast and a salad bar at lunch and dinner.* We give special attention to dietary needs, such as gluten-free, non-dairy, and vegetarian, providing comparable meals to follow these restrictions. The Kitchen also places an emphasis on preparing nourishing meals that provide the energy to fully engage in camp activities. All who dine at camp are in for a treat—not only will the meals be delicious, but they will be nutritious as well.

Meals and Snacks

Meals are built with the group in mind. For youth camp, we serve kid-friendly favorites such as mac and cheese, tacos, and more. Each meal will also include fruit and vegetables. We recognize that we will have some brave eaters (sometimes known as being picky) in each group. There will also be other options to make sure that everyone gets enough fuel in them to be able to enjoy all the activities. Snacks are served during designated times in the schedule for all campers.

Dietary restrictions or concerns

If your camper has any dietary restrictions or concerns please indicate them on the health form. A member of the camp team may contact you prior to your campers’ arrival to make sure that we are best prepared to accommodate them.
