Parents deserve a little camp time, too! Each afternoon, kids can join Camper Experience for a couple hours of fun, supervised camp programming led by Eagle Island staff. While kids are busy, parents can take some well-earned time for themselves—read by the lake, go for a kayak, take a nap, enjoy a quiet coffee, or simply do absolutely nothing. Everyone gets to enjoy camp in their own way!

• Sunset boat cruise ($125 per boat)

• Paddling instructional class ($100 per class)

• Private archery lesson ($100 per class)

• Private sailing lesson ($100 per class)

• Additional round trip boat runs ($25 per boat trip)

• Additional Requests: If there’s something additional your family needs or would like us to accommodate, please input here or reach out to our Camp Director (campdirector@eagleisland.org). We’re happy to try and work with you and create a fee package that makes sense for your family.

Added items while at camp will be billed after your Family Camp program.

We’re committed to keeping this program affordable. Being financially inclusive continues to be a core value at Eagle Island. If you or anyone finds it challenging to afford tuition, please reach out to us at campdirector@eagleisland.org.

All payments are due by May 15.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration unless other arrangements are made with the Executive Director. An invoice with payment instructions will be emailed to you. Reservations cannot be held without a deposit.

Cancellations made by May 1 are eligible for a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.

Payment plans may be arranged directly with the Executive Director.

Families agree to submit the required deposit upon registration which is done through a google form. An invoice will be sent once your registration has been reviewed by the Camp Director and Executive Director.

You can learn more about our housing options at eagleisland.org/housing. Some housing may be shared, and we may not be able to accommodate all first‑choice selections depending on group size and overall registrations. You will able to pick your top choice during the registration.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Danielle, Executive Director, at dlacavalla@eagleisland.org. Cancellations before May 1 qualify for a tuition refund minus $250. Refunds are processed within two weeks and will match the original payment method (credit card, ACH, or check). No refunds are available after May 1 however there are other options for families to consider:

Partial Credit: Hold 50% of the tuition for a 2028 program.

Donations: Contribute to Eagle Island's mission to support future campers.

This is a group-focused, kid-friendly camp experience, with lots of campers running around, making friends, and creating their own camp memories alongside their adults. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather your favorite people, let the kids spend the week together, and enjoy all the magic as a family.
