Mimi was a long-time Eagle Island camper, counselor, Sailing Director, Director, and Friends of Eagle Island board. She was an integral and beloved part of the Eagle Island community for decades. Her impact on generations of girls and women cannot be overstated. Mimi’s dedication to Eagle Island Camp and its spirit and traditions was without comparison. Her role in our efforts to re-open the doors of Eagle Island has been immense. It is thanks in large part to her hard work, persistence, leadership, expansive network, and relationships that we are where we are today. Mimi had served on the Friends of Eagle Island Board as Vice-President since its inception in 2011 and as Fundraising Chair.
