    Stretches, poses, and breathing techniques have been proven to help campers recenter. This can help them both at camp and at home.

  • Meditation

    Learning the art of mediation can help campers to focus and stay calm throughout their time at camp and beyond. We lead campers in a number of different meditation techniques so they can discover the one that works best for them.

  • Journaling

    Campers create their own journals and then use a series of prompts to reflect on their feelings, emotions, and experiences while taking in the nature around them. We hope campers connect with these exercises so that they can continue them at home.

  • Create Your Own Sport

    Campers work together to identify their favorite parts of sports and activities to incorporate into a new high energy activity using the supplies available at camp.

  • Obstacle Courses

    There are all kinds of ways to create creative races at camp. Obstacle courses help campers jump, climb, run, crawl, and more to support their physical fitness and keep moving in fun and creative ways!

  • Nutrition / Snack Development

    Working along side our nutrition intern through SUNY Buffalo campers get to create their own healthy snacks to help hold them over between meals.
