Arrival Day and Check-In Procedures

Check-in is on Sundays:

1:30 PM arrivals for campers arriving by car

(If your camper is part of a partnership arriving by bus, an alternate time will be emailed to you)

To find us, put the following address into your GPS and then turn right at our sign, one driveway before.

Check-out is on Fridays:

3 PM for campers being picked up by car

(If your camper is part of a partnership departing on a bus, alternate pick-up information will be emailed to you)

A picture ID must be shown when picking up/dropping off your camper. Please make everyone on your approved pick-up list aware of this policy so that they have an ID available.

2025 Check in Process

Stay to the right as we do a counterclockwise check-in process with multiple stations to keep the flow of traffic moving. There are 3 stations:

  1. Check-In! Drop off any medications to the Health Director. Any medication, whether prescription or over the counter, MUST be given to the Health Director in their original container with the camper's name on it. Having them all in a ziplock bag labeled with the camper's name can be helpful. This station will also include a health check on each camper. We will be checking temperatures and hair.

  2. Drop off your camper's luggage (minus their backpack).

  3. Say goodbyes

There will also be a discreet place to leave any mail you want your camper to receive. Please label it with your camper's name, where they are staying, and the day you want them to receive it. You can read more about mail on our registered families page.

It is important that campers keep their day pack/backpack with them and do not drop it off with their other luggage. This bag must have a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle.
